Diagnovital SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex is a real-time RT-PCR-based detection system for the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

Sample Type: Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab
Target genes:
- SARS CoV 2 N1 and ORF1ab regions
- Human extraction control RNaseP gene
Two different Channels: FAM™ for the SARS CoV 2 and the RNAseP (HEC) is detected in the HEX/VIC channel
Components: PCR Multiplex mix, Enzyme Mix, positive and negative controls.
